Take a break from the action, and curl up with a good book—or do some coloring! All ages are welcome in the Mathical Reading Room & Coloring Book Corner. Comfy furniture, good books, mathematical patterns to color, and washable markers are provided.
There’s more! Pick up your copy of the Mathical Book List (opens new window), nab a Mathical bookmark or two, post your new artwork on the picture wall if you wish, and snap a photo to share with friends and family.

Dr. Rebecca Goldin is a professor of mathematical sciences at George Mason University. Goldin is the director of STATS, a nonprofit, non-partisan project to analyze and explain numbers and statistics in the news and to promote statistical literacy in the media and society.
